Shikhar Misra is a seasoned product leader with over a decade of experience designing, building, and scaling customer engagement platforms that deliver measurable business results. Most recently, he led the vision and strategy for Synapze LX, an enterprise-grade loyalty platform serving over 100 million members and powering 10 billion+ customer offer impressions annually.
Shikhar’s expertise spans high-impact industries—including banking, retail, beauty, hospitality, and fuel—where he has delivered transformative programs for iconic brands and complex ecosystems. His portfolio includes PC Optimum, Scene+, Loblaw, Shoppers Drug Mart, and PC Financial, as well as North America’s top 10 and 11 banks by assets. He has driven success across multi-partner programs, omnichannel journeys, and highly regulated environments including luxury hospitality and global beauty.
With a background as a software engineer and an MBA from Schulich School of Business, Shikhar brings a rare combination of strategic vision and technical depth. He has established product practices, coached cross-functional teams, and embedded data intelligence into platforms—powering personalized, real-time engagement at scale.
Outside of work, Shikhar is a proud full-time dad to two energetic toddlers, an avid squash player, and an active supporter of causes like WWF’s habitat conservation and PC Children’s Charity.
